Please read these Terms carefully. The use of feminine language is for convenience only and applies equally to all users, regardless of gender.
Browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Website constitutes your agreement (hereinafter: “the Customer”) to all the terms outlined below.
These Terms were drafted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, and other applicable commercial laws of the State of Israel.

8. Shipping
8.1 Deliveries are handled via a third-party courier service only.
8.2 Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
8.3 A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of the order.
9. Shipping Liability
9.1 The company is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
9.2 If the customer requests to leave the package unattended (e.g., by the door), she assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage.
9.3 The company is not liable for delivery errors resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
10. Delivery Times
10.1 Delivery times vary depending on location, high-volume periods, and holidays.
10.2 Average delivery time is 3–7 business days. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
11. Cancellations and Returns
11.1 Orders may be canceled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
11.2 Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details – whichever is later.
11.3 To cancel, send a written request to leverdusoleil.official@gmail.com, including full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
11.4 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
11.5 Exchanges due to size or item changes are subject to stock availability, and the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee.
11.6 Items purchased on clearance, custom orders, or undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
12. Product Care and Responsibility
12.1 The company is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, such as incorrect washing, ironing, or exposure to harmful substances.
12.2 Stains caused by makeup, oils, creams, or similar products are not covered under warranty.
13. Delivery Responsibility
13.1 As deliveries are made by external courier services, the company is not liable for any loss or damage during shipping.
13.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Errors may result in delays and are the customer’s responsibility.
13.3 If the customer instructs the courier to leave the package in an unattended location, she assumes all responsibility for the product thereafter.
14. Product Warranty
14.1 Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the event a manufacturing defect is discovered, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear photo.
14.2 If confirmed as a manufacturing issue, the company will offer a replacement or refund, at its discretion.
14.3 No warranty is provided for damages resulting from improper use or care.
15. Technical Issues & Site Maintenance
15.1 While we strive for consistent access and functionality, occasional disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
15.2 The company will act promptly to resolve any technical issue but is not responsible for indirect damages caused by such disruptions.

16. Order Errors
16.1 The company is not responsible for errors made by the customer, including incorrect item, size, or color selections.

16.3 Any changes or corrections will be handled at the sole discretion of the company, depending on inventory status.
17. Product and Campaign Advertising
17.1 The Company reserves the right to advertise products, promotions, and collections even if they are not currently available for purchase.
17.2 Products displayed on the website, in campaigns, or in sponsored advertisements may be part of a future launch and do not imply immediate availability.
17.3 Advertisements shall not be considered a binding commitment to sell a product or carry out a promotion. The Company reserves the right to remove, alter, or postpone offers at its sole discretion.
19. Pre-Orders / Limited Collections
19.1 Some products may be offered as early releases or in limited quantities. In such cases, longer delivery times are to be expected, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.
19.2 Purchasing a pre-order item requires full payment at the time of the order. The customer will be informed regarding the estimated shipping date.

29. Product Availability
29.1 Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee its availability.
29.2 The Company makes every effort to update stock status in real time; however, discrepancies between actual inventory and website listings may occasionally occur.
29.3 In the event that a purchased item is out of stock, the customer will be notified within 2 business days and offered an alternative, a full refund, or store credit, based on their preference.
30. Promotions and Discounts
30.1 The Company reserves the right to change or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
30.2 Discounts are valid only under the conditions specified in the original promotion and are not applicable retroactively once the promotion ends.
30.3 Coupons cannot be used on sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
31. Incomplete Orders
31.1 An order that has not been fully paid or completed will not obligate the Company to reserve the product.
31.2 In case of payment failure, one reminder will be sent. If the payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
32. Returning Customers Policy
32.1 The Company reserves the right to identify returning customers and notify them of new collections or personalized offers.
32.2 Customers who wish to be removed from the returning customer database must send an email requesting immediate removal.
33. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
33.1 If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the pick-up point, or lack of response to the courier, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
33.2 In such cases, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
34. Communication Conduct and Behavior
34.1 The Company is committed to respectful and courteous service. All inquiries will be handled patiently and kindly, and customers are expected to maintain a respectful tone.
34.2 The Company reserves the right to deny service to any customer using offensive, threatening, or disrespectful language – including blocking access to the website.
35. Care Instructions and Labels
35.1 The Company provides care instructions tailored to each item’s fabric and design to help maintain the product’s quality over time.
35.2 Some items may be sold without an internal care label in order to preserve the design, comfort, or fabric sensitivity. In such cases, care instructions will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
35.3 The Company is not liable for damage caused by improper washing or handling, even if no label is attached. Customers are advised to retain the care instructions provided upon purchase.
36. Fabric Sensitivities and Delicate Garments
36.1 Some fabrics used are particularly delicate (e.g., chiffon, lace, fine cotton, or linen) and require extra care.
36.2 The Company recommends avoiding tumble drying, hot water washing, or direct ironing – unless explicitly stated otherwise.

37. Fabric Durability and Color Responsibility
37.1 Dark or bright-colored garments may release dye during the first wash – they should be washed separately from light-colored items.
37.2 The Company is not responsible for damage to other garments caused by non-separated washing or use of inappropriate detergents.
37.3 Maintaining the product’s appearance depends largely on following proper care and washing instructions.
38. Damage from Washing and Regular Use
38.1 The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from washing, ironing, or incorrect usage – even if general care instructions were followed.
38.2 Shrinkage, texture changes, elastic shifts, or seam loosening are considered natural results of repeated use or washing and are not covered under warranty.
39. Natural Wear and Tear
39.1 The Company is not responsible for natural wear and tear, including changes in shape, loss of elasticity, or color fading over time.
39.2 Certain items (such as swimwear, elastic tank tops, underwear, etc.) may naturally experience changes like elastic twisting, fading colors, or fabric weakening – these are considered reasonable wear and not covered by warranty.
40. Reactions of Metals, Dyes, and Fabrics
40.1 Items containing metal components (such as zippers, rings, bra clasps, decorations, etc.) may react to water, chlorine, sweat, or detergents, which could cause darkening, rusting, or color changes.
40.2 The company shall not be held responsible for any defect caused by a chemical reaction between the metal or fabric and environmental or usage conditions.
40.3 Swimwear used in chlorinated pools, seawater, or saltwater may fade, wear out, or change in appearance — such issues are not covered by any warranty.
41. International Shipping
41.1 The company offers international shipping to various countries in accordance with its current shipping policy.
41.2 International shipments are handled by external courier services. The company is not liable for delays, malfunctions, or issues that may occur after the package has left Israel and is no longer under the company’s direct responsibility.
41.3 The company will make every effort to process and dispatch the order within a reasonable time frame (typically 3–7 business days), but cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as they depend on the shipping provider, each country’s customs policies, and local handling times.
41.4 Delays due to customs, local fees, taxes, or regulatory restrictions in the destination country are not the responsibility of the company. Customers are advised to check such requirements in advance.
41.5 In the event of loss, significant delay, or shipment failure, the company will assist as much as possible in coordination with the shipping provider, but bears no financial or direct responsibility.
41.6 By choosing international shipping, the customer accepts these terms, including the risk of delay or loss, and agrees to track their order using the tracking number provided upon shipment.
42. Responsibility for International Shipping Details
42.1 The customer is solely responsible for entering accurate shipping details (including full name, exact address, correct postal code, and up-to-date phone number). Errors in the shipping information may result in delays or loss, for which the company shall not be liable.
42.2 In cases where the package is returned to the company due to incorrect information or lack of response from the customer in the destination country, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and reshipment.
43. Shipping Restrictions to Certain Countries
43.1 The company reserves the right to withhold shipping to any country, based on shipping limitations, legal or security constraints, or at its sole discretion.
43.2 If it is discovered after an order is placed that shipping to a specific country is not possible, the company will contact the customer to offer a cancellation or a delivery to an alternative address.

44.1 The company commits to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery times vary by country and can range from 5–21 business days depending on the shipping provider and destination.
44.2 Estimated delivery times shown on the website are for reference only. The company is not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics, or external factors.
45. Tracking and Undelivered Shipments
45.1 After the package is shipped, a notification with a tracking number will be sent to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment.
45.2 If the shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier service but the customer claims not to have received it, the issue will be handled in accordance with the courier’s policies. The company will assist where possible but holds no responsibility.

46.1 All models featured on the website and in Le Ver du Soleil brand campaigns have been selected based on professional standards. Each model is healthy and does not suffer from eating disorders. The brand upholds values of balance, health, and respect for the female body.
46.2 The sizes displayed on the website are not meant to promote any specific beauty ideal but are selected based on the most common global sales sizes, in order to showcase fit relevant to the majority of customers.
46.3 The company is actively working on expanding its size range according to manufacturing capabilities and welcomes feedback about additional sizes you would like to see — via email or the website’s contact form.
46.4 Important note: The brand does not promote any specific body ideal or support eating disorder culture. Our goal is to encourage a sense of softness, femininity, elegance, and health — in every size and body type.
